An association with the Dr. Ronald E. McNair Foundation was created to improve the development of critical thinking skills, scientific literacy and knowledge, mathematical knowledge, technical abilities, self-esteem, and increase teamwork. Also, a decision was made to distribute NASA educational resources.

The programs and projects written by Millennium Training Systems are designed for students and educators grades K-12.
